How do I care for my item?

Spot clean if able, to decrease washing. Wash garments inside out in delicate, cold water cycle. Lay flat to dry. 

What is your turnaround time?

Turnaround time is 2-3 weeks for in stock items. Denim Jackets are a 3-4 week turnaround. 

Can I get a refund?

Due to the custom nature of our products, we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges. Please message us if you are unhappy with your item so we can try and find a resolution. 

How do I add personalization details?

On the product page, enter your details, yarn choices, and any special requests in the Design Instructions box. Double check all spelling before submitting your order.
